Here is the entire content from the president's communication:

Team—

I know you all just wrapped up your meeting - I trust you’re as thrilled as I am with the positive developments. Previously I shared you all a note, I expressed the following: “I am confident in this team. You all are some of the most driven and innovative developers we have had the chance to partner with - and we’re excited for that collaboration to persist.”

Given your hard work and flexibility, especially over the last year, you repeatedly show that.

The gamer responses from last autumn’s the game testing phase was revealing. It confirmed the appeal of a roguelike shooter but made clear we still had refinements needed. It highlighted the requirement for a clearer brand.

It has been motivating to see how far you’ve advanced. You accepted the criticism to heart and revamped Project ETHOS with a revitalized goal - one that’s ready to achieve its ambition to our audience.

The belief in this project increases every day. To boost the remarkable development you’ve made, It is a pleasure to welcome the new hire as the incoming Studio Head of the team. After several months of conversations, Ben comes aboard us on next week.

His leadership and background in the competitive gaming field is considerable, having spent the recent years producing and leading some of the most popular franchises in the industry, such as the acclaimed shooter, and more recently, the battle royale hit.

Please join me in greeting him next week. We are all looking forward to keep seeing the progress of Project ETHOS in the months to ahead.
